Very poor. She didn't show us many houses. We felt she worked for the seller, not for us, the buyers. There were many major, obvious issues with the house that the inspector she recommended we use didn't see so the house would sell easily. The inspector wrote the same items on 91 pages omitting major,obvious problems. There were items we wanted the homeowners to fix before closing that she advised us to not put into the purchase offer as it might cause the seller to refuse our full asking price. He wrote the same items on 91 pages omitting obvious problems. Our handyman found countless items that needed to be repaired at great expense to us. We asked her to inspect the house after the sellers moved out as we were out of town. She said the house looked great. Unfortunately, there were nasty things left in the shower, a huge base on the patio filled with stones that weighed hundreds of pounds among other obvious issues. Before we closed on the house we asked her why the house wasn't put into our trust. She said we should take care of it ourselves after we closed. She become very nasty over this. At closing she told me she felt like coming through the phone line to !*!!. It turned out the title was changed with a simple phone call. We wanted to meet with the current homeowners to learn about the house. They were uncooperative and Ilene didn't insist on us meeting them. in the end we got to meet them for 40 minutes before closing and after living in the house for 3 years we still have unanswered questions about various things in the house. We were a very easy sale for her to have made a huge commission since we only saw one house that fit our criteria. We feel she didn't act in a professional manner and would never recommend her to anyone.
