During the inspection/negotiation period, Teri kept us completely informed about every detail, which made us feel better. Teris team really made the closing process go smoothly, which, again, took the worry away for us, since we had already moved to another town and were not present during the closing.Even after the whole process Is over, Teri sends me cute, funny texts. She is even helping me out now since I accidentally had something shipped to the old address. Teri feels more like a friend than a realtor, Im so glad we chose her to sell our home.

We were relocating out of the area and hired Teri to sell our first home.
